Long Island 1776
« on: April 20, 2018, 09:05:02 PM »
The collection was brought out in the barn for a little day of AWI fun.
The Hellenic league gathered for Expresso Martines , octopus chargrilled  , mussel saganaki and slow roasted lamb (kleftico , with oregano and garlic ) ,a few bottles of full bodied red and lots of silly talk.
Thank you for looking .

Just wow!!!!  :-*  We just got back from a trip to Washington D.C. where my 8 year old decided he wanted to paint some AWI figures, so had to show him this thread.  Needless to say he's impressed and disappointed we don't have a table like this.

Table looks fantastic! Are you an Islander? What part of the Island was this meant to be?

Very impressive - all the more so as this is a 40mm game rather than a 28mm one (I spy with my little eye a fair few Trident and Front Rank 40mm figures in there).

So yes, 'tis a pretty big table indeed.
