I know ghastly little about the AWI beyond British line infantry, but I like the look of those guys. :) In your blogpost you mention a thing I also notice - Perry sculpts are great and there are many out there, but casting sometimes is a bit 'meh'. Which is a bit of a shame. I guess the molds just get worn with the popularity of their pretty, pretty figures.

Very, very nicely painted and I love the terrain in that first picture.  Some of those barrels look more like musketoons than rifles, though.  Hmm, maybe those famed sculptors aren't quite so great after all?  Oh, what travesty.  Shall I now be banned from the halls of...well, Nottingham.  Oh, well.
