This is a new idea that we are trying out.

The idea is that each month we will have a new item that can be used as a plot point for Pulp Alley which we will make available as a free gift for anyone that places an order that includes a Pulp Alley product. Each month we will change the plot point, so each one will just be available for a month.
The first one, available during December is a case full of 'Generator Spares'

We are now out of 'Generator Spares'.
The Plot Point of the Month for January is a 'Sonic Resonator'. (In a packing crate, clearly marked Danger: Sonic Resonator on the sides to avoid confusion).
One of these will be included for free with every order that includes a Pulp Alley product from our website, or from us at a show.
I'm interested in getting some suggestions for Plot Point of the Month for February, then if there is enough interest we can have a vote. It does not need to be a packing crate, could be a small item like a desk, safe or filing cabinet. It does need to be something that I could conceivably design and make as a laser cut kit.

This is the Plot Point of the Month for January 2018, the 'Sonic Resonator' in it's packing crate. These are available for free with every order that includes some Pulp Alley products received during January. On 1st February the plot point of the month will change to the roadside shrine.

We might make the collection of 12 available at the end of the year, if there is a demand for that. The intention really is for folks to pick them up as plot point of the month through out the year, as a bit of fun.
I have just got first photos of February's PPOTM, which is a Chinese Shrine that features in next months scenario of the month.

Picking them up as a bunch would be great especially as i might not be able to pick up the scenarios monthly.
Shrine looks good, could double as a punch and Judy stand if you cover the symbols. Just whats needed for the side show setup im trying to build up.

If you want to make it up as a 'Punch & Judy' stall for fair ground instead, you can reverse pieces so that the Chinese symbols are facing the inside.

Another vote for making all of these plot point items available as a bunch at the end of the year. Postage costs to the other side of the world mean this really isn't viable for me as a monthly purchase.

Is the piece from the right hand side of the base separate? The Chinese character in the first picture of the unpainted version is actually upside-down. It would be nice if that piece could be rotated before assembly. Of course, it could always be filled, and a character hand-painted over top.

... only upside down on first prototype, we spotted and fixed that straight away, however you can reverse the all the pieces and not have Chinese characters showing. I know someone has said they will be making a Punch & Just stall for fairground with theirs.

Dave asked if we could make a road sign plot point as it features in the next scenario of the month, but we got a bit carried away and added a Danger! and Danger UXB as well that can either be used for plot points of to mark perilous areas.
We are giving these away for FREE with orders that include a Pulp Alley product during March.
I'll get a set painted up and posted early next week.

Hi Chris,
Are qualifying Pulp Alley products just those produced by Pulp Alley themselves or are Pulp Alley accessories such as the tokens, card box, and fortune deck holder that you produce included as well?

The Safe is available as the Free Plot Point of the Month until 30th April. On the 1st May, there will be a new plot point, requested by David as it features in the May Scenario of the Month.
We gave loads away for free at Salute, and we will have a stack with us to give away to any one who buys a Pulp Alley product from us at Hammerhead on 28th April.

The safe has been a very popular plot point, I'm looking forward to seeing it feature in some on line game reports. Today is the last day that the safe will be available, Free with Pulp Alley orders, tomorrow is the 1st of May, so time for something new! The May plot point of the month will be a desk with a pile of books on it. This has been requested by David as it will feature as a plot point in the May Scenario of the month.

Anyway, June's Plot Point is a crude idol, artwork supplied by David (many thanks) and featuring in this months scenario of the month. The kit contains artwork printed on Matt Photo Paper and 3mm MDF backing pieces.
The Plot Point of the Month is supplied FREE with every order received on our website or at a show before 30th June that includes at least one Pulp Alley product.

These proved to be very popular at Claymore, where we gave them away free to all our Pulp Alley Customers. We will be giving them away at 'The Other Partizan' on Sunday 19th August and of course with all orders received during August on website.

What we are thinking of is to do a once a year 'Christmas Special' collection of the last 12 months plot points that is just available to order for 4 weeks around the end of the year.

Glad you like it. I'm a huge fan of Pulp Alley, I've played it in some many different genres, and feel that those five plot points are so key to the game that we've tried to make a good variety available.

December 2018 Plot point of the month,
We thought that as it is the festive season, it would be good to have a seasonal plot point, so we are offering a Fireplace and chimney. This can be used stand alone or with Terra-Block pieces and can be decorated with the free download sheets from Fothrington-Hall.
