The Vampire Lord pre-occupied with feasting on the blood of the innocent is quickly set upon by foreign ruffians.

The lord dispatches one with ease, snapping his neck like a twig, but the tall one is harder to kill. A fledgling Vampiress obeys her masters will and joins the fight.

The Forces of good, creep closer towards the furious fight that is developing.

Unable to bring the Vampire Master down the Vampire hunters send in their dogs, these are soon dead, but still the Lord and the big ruffian are locked in combat.

The Vampires are all cornered and set upon, each one killed in the most gruesome fashion...

When only the Master remains, a brave Vampire Hunter equipped with stake and cross sets about finishing the horrible task...

Recoiling from the power of the cross the Vampire is defenseless and the hunter seizes the opportunity and plunges the stake through the Vampires heart. Within seconds his body has crumpled to dust...

But who were those strange foreign ruffians and what were they doing Transylvania....?
Another fun night of gaming a Fistful of Garlic - our homage to the great Hammer films of old and Gothic Horror literature. More next week. ;D

These sorts of games are the reason I’m still interested in wargaming, some 50 years after getting my first Airfix figures and making “pew pew” noises with them on the carpet...
Lovely terrain, nicely painted figures, fun scenarios and good mates having a great time together. Thanks for sharing and inspiring us to keep wading through our current lead mountains.

We’ve adapted Jay’s Wild West Rules A Fistful of Lead for Gothic Horror Games. If there is sufficient interest he may publish them in due course ;)

Oh, it's gonna happen. I just have to get the Fistful of Lead: Galactic Heroes Kickstarter out by September.
Malamute and his fellow players have done an excellent job of adoption the rules. Enough that I included some parts for GH.
