Title: Anglo-Danes and Vikings for Saga

Finally, with only a few Berserkers to paint, I managed to finish the core force of my Anglo-Danes (or Anglo-Saxons, as they will double as such!) and Vikings, for Saga. Mostly they are Wargames Foundry (Vikings), Crusader, Gripping Beast, Footsore with a few from Artizan Miniatures.

Today, my son and I will have our first game with V2. We will play the Clash of Warlords scenario. I will try to take some pictures.

Well, here it is my Anglo-Dane warlord. The miniature is from Gripping Beast and it represents Harold Godwinson. It comes with other two figures, representing Harold's brothers, but I haven't painted them yet (I was in a hurry to have a warlord ready for today's game!)

Thanks guys! Yesterday, he had his first Saga v2 game. It was an Anglo-Dane vs Vikings game. Miguel, -my eldest son, 22 y.o- commanded the Anglo-Danes, while I took command of the Vikings. We used Clash of Warlords scenario (Miguel won, by the way... the Anglo-Dane battleboard makes them very survivable!)

I've tried to upload the photos from my phone, but it is a slow process!

Anyway here there is the Viking warlord. Figures are Wargames Foundry (the flag did it myself: first I printed the crow drawing in a piece of paper, and then proceeded to paint it)

Figures are a mix of Saxon Miniatures (now Warlord Miniatures) and Crusader Miniatures
