Hi guys,
I had this tank since 2002... I painted it back then, but a horrible paintjob was achieved lol now, before Chirstmas, I honoured the tank stripping and repainting it, I hope you like it ;)

Lovely work although isn't that the plastic one?

They made that design in metal first, nightmare to fit together, really need to repaint mine at some point.
Cracking paint job though.

Thank you guys, Yes the plastic one followed the design of this metal tank.

Absolutely superb work. Does make me miss Warhammer Fantasy proper.

Nice work :)

You learn something new every day :)
I thought the releases were the original metal one and then straight to the plastic.

Nice! I’ve got the first original metal one and it weighed a ton. I’m sure that one you have was about a third again, bigger! Can a normal wargame table take that or do you need metal supports? ;)

Great paint job :o, thanks for sharing :)

The difference is about 6lbs. Those Steam Tanks broke tables.

hahahaha thanks! there are 3 official tanks, the first was very heavy, this one, the second is insanely heavy, and the third is a light as a feather in comparison.
The first is nicer, with that old school flavour, this one is the worst IMHO, because the newer plastic has better detail and above all, better fit.
Cheers

I picked up this little guy minus the commander a couple of weeks back.
