Title: Crockett's last stand
Post by: Admiral Benbow on April 12, 2018, 09:34:32 PM: Although the Texan war of independence is not my favourite subject, the fantastic figures from Boot Hill miniatures caught my eye for some time now, and with the release of "Crockett's last stand" I gave up any resistance. I'm planning to do a small vignette on a custom base I've ordered already and for that, I first had some experiments with posing the minis to optimally tell the story for the viewer. This will be the final version:

No, just plain acrylics and some AP ink.

Finished the second miniature two days ago but didn't find time for a nice photo. Here we are:

You've captured the expression on his face really well. I think he's my favourite in the set (apart from Crockett of course ;) :D)
