Well, having bought the Gunfight at Red Oak starter set at Salute 2018 and finally managed to paint one of the figures, my thoughts turned to where on the Lead Adventure Forum was the best place to post my work in progress.
Searching on the site showed the rules are listed on this sub-forum's sticky threads and some people have WWX threads here.
If I am wrong, please can a moderator move it to the correct location (it could be VSF or Gothic).
Thank you for your time.

So, at Salute I bought the starter set.
I went through the unboxing here: http://ultravanillasmurf.blogspot.co.uk/2018/04/wild-west-exodus-gunfight-at-red-oak.html (http://ultravanillasmurf.blogspot.co.uk/2018/04/wild-west-exodus-gunfight-at-red-oak.html)
Here is my first painted figure, Doc Holliday.

The next figure painted is Frank James.

All does not look good for Doc!

Traditionally I compare figure sizes and styles with the Crooked Dice "William Killian" figure, so who am I to break with tradition.

The Wild West Exodus figure are huge compared to 28mm figures.

Thanks for showing your stuff here, Ultravanillasmurf. Although it's not strictly Old West, who are we to reject a game called "Wild West" (Exodus). I think we could need some variation and crossover here, so welcome to this board. :)

Thanks.
It has been a while, but here is the next set.
Wyatt Earp.

Of course, you need to have some scenery.
Sarissa recently released a range of 40mm scale Wild West buildings.
At Salute I bought the Adobe Jail and a shop.

Looking good mate! I like your subdued color palette.

A favorite game of mine. I got into too it early on. I know it has changed companies and
the rules, and the newer figures, are different now but I still like the older version.
