Why did not anyone tell me?
Lancashire! They have Ashantis! Been looking for them for years! Now I have them!
A PERFECT foe for TSATF "Darkest Africa". Ordered 4 ten man rifle units, 3 sword units, plus command and such.
Gonna get "Wood" in Ashantiland! Yay! My gold coast seaside fort is gonna see some play!

Dude, years and years ago I advised the world - and you were in the world I advised - that Irregular has them, too. Now get thee two orders out in the email and be joyful.
I'm watching Lancashire for an increase in the German East Africa offerings in 18 mm! If it comes to fruition, temptation will be on the razor's edge of irresistible.

Frankly, I didn't believe your ramblings then lol. But you now have cred. lol
Thanks to you, I am ordering 20 Ashantis from Irregular too

Well, the Lancashire Ashantis (a lot of figures in this line, all I would need) are HUGE! 25mm tall and thick, bigger than many company's 28s. :0
And no, I didn't mistakenly order 28mm.
And the Irregular Ashanti is...well....one figure with 4 head options.
So, there ain't no Ashantis in 15mm

Well, I knew Lancashire were big for 15 mm but not that big. I have some of their Boxer that someone claimed were 20 mm and when I got them they didn't quite measure up to that size, though big they were. I'd call them robust 18 mm. But 28 mm seems way, way out of proportion. Can you post a photo of them next to a mm ruler?
So, does this mean I've lost my 'Cred'? :(

Unbased, next to Blue Moon Fuzzies....
:o
And this guy is hunched over...

Well, maybe they can be used as orcs by someone. Careful study would say bottom of foot to eyes is roughly 20 mm so maybe meant to be a very tall warrior? But the sheer bulk is overdone, too. Too bad.

They are actually cool figures. Just giant.
