Lars,  I'd love to find one as well.  According to Jaye, one does not exist.

There's one in the back of the rulebook that you can 'reproduce for personal use'.   I'll see if I can post it here.

But wouldn't a "rooster" sheet be limited to Rooster Cogburn scenarios only?   lol
