Title: Finishing my Khartoum build - three years later
Post by: Eric the Shed on June 04, 2018, 06:17:11 AM: Finally got round to starting my 28mm build of Khartoum (actually any middle eastern city) and the first shots of the layout and first tile are now complete

On an historical point of needless nitpickery, I don't think Khartoum has ever been a walled city. It's a bit too new for that. The defences at the the time of the siege were earthworks, a mile from the city.

But it's still a lovely and versatile piece of kit.

But it's great work here. and besides, I've never seen two Lhartoum tables that looked anything alike :)
