The guys from the Very British Civil Forum got together for a game at Partizan '18. Entitled "This Seat of Mars", Royalist forces attack a Socialist-held Leicestershire town, with the intention of capturing the hidden Crown Jewels:

Terrific. Lots of work went into that.

Loved reading all about this/seeing vbcw still alive.
Also a bit off topic but who does the figure from the title banner of the blog? Talking about the officer with two pistols in his belt.

Cheers Chaps!
Kommando, he's a 28mm French Revolutionary Artillery Officer by Eureka Miniatures. An absolutely lovely figure and useful for so much more than just commanding guns! He's painted as an officer of the 'Black Legion' for the Fishguard landings of 1797.
