Does anyone know if Redoubt Enterprises is shipping orders? I purchased a bunch of Renaissance infantry and then noticed the home page says the business has been re-organized and they're not answering email. Doh!

They have been bought by Grubby tanks- mail Andy and he will take an order. i've had some Redoubt stuff from him.

No need to panic about Redoubt! All is well. Andy is just catching up getting stock levels up. He inherited zero stock because Trevor operated in a different way, he would cast stuff up after he received an order. I have 2 orders outstanding at the moment, but I am not worried, he will fulfill them as soon as he can.

+1 to Andy being a great guy. He will lick the redoubt systems into shape.

I forgot to say in my last post that Andy told me he was trying to do a 3 week turnaround on orders just at the moment, which is not unreasonable in my opinion. As soon as he can he wants to get it back to 3 days.

New management sounds good to me. Perhaps we could even get photos of actual miniatures I stead of drawings.

The drawings are nice, though!
But, in this day and age with a camera on every phone, it's not too much to ask for a picture of each miniature.

I agree- it may take a while though- it's a pretty big range of minis. lol

I agree as well, although the line drawings are very beautiful, and a small part of me would be sad to see them go.

Not everyone is happy with the new management, a friend of mine is still waiting for 2 orders - 1 made last November and 1 made in early March. No communication forthcoming and neither order received.

I would suggest that Andy Grubb has no knowledge of these. If your friend had an account, the online record of his orders would have been erased (as mine were) when he changed the website. I had one order that I made right on the cusp of the changeover , and it got lost. I emailed Andy and he sorted it out for me, that was just prior to Salute. But back last November? Andy cannot be blamed for that.

I just got one of my orders through from Redoubt this morning. As usual Andy put in a handwritten note with an extra casting.

Closing the loop: I received my shipment within two weeks of placing the order, which is a great turnaround time given that I live in the States.
Castings are among the cleanest I've seen. The faces are a little crude compared to Perry. There's a good variety of poses and helmets and they should be fun to paint.

I am getting my reinforcements in a timely manner. Andy is doing a great job and it has been mentioned that the castings are cleaner.

Encouraging news all round. A while back I had thought that I had finished with Redoubt , but new projects came up and I have found a lot of Redoubt stuff I still want. I never had any problems with the old owners, but I am glad that Grubby has took it under his wing, rather than this great range be lost.

Are there any updates on Redoubt? I have always had a good business relationship with Britannia/Grubby but t this point I have been waiting since early March for my Redoubt order.

If you are going to Partizan, Grubby Tanks are on the traders list.
Have a word with him, or even better talk to him tomorrow, he might
be able to sort it out & bring the stuff to the show.
In over 25 years dealing with him I have never had a problem.

Too bad that I could not have the same experience - ordered in June and until today there was no delivery and my multiple requests per email were all unanswered.

Hi all
Does anyone know if Redoubt are still having issues? I placed an order back in March but not heard anything since.
Obviously not expecting anything to happen before Christmas lol :)
