Hi. I am wondering how i can delete an older/defunct post in the eBay sub-forum in order that i can post my new sales links. I am asking due to the one post per member on the sub-forum rule.
Thanks.

If you contact the board mod they can do it.

An alternative is to simply edit your original post so it displays the new sales, and change the title to reflect that. Then add another post on the same thread announcing the update, which will bump your topic back to the top of the list of posts on the sub-forum.

The downside of that is non-contextual posts in relation to the new listings (e.g. an 'ends tomorrow' bump).

Good point. I know regular members can't delete topics, can you not delete your own posts within a topic? That could be used to get rid of such out-of-context posts.
I have a "Remove" option on all of my posts in the top right-hand corner. But that may be because I am a moderator, I'm not sure.

I don't think I can remove follow up posts; if I could I would do what you suggested. :)

I’ll remove it now. I’m away at the moment and have limited internet access.

Thanks OM. :)

Basic users had the option to remove their outdated posts in the Bazaar sections in the previous iteration of LAF.
It is a sadly missed function under this new version that has been commented on several times but is still not available.

Was going to ask about this...
So why was the delete option removed? It didn't work after someone posted in the thread, but it'd be a nice option to restore, along with the topic bump in the Bazaar.
