Title: Modern French/FFL Uniform Painting Guide?

Can anyone point me toward a painting guide for modern FFL (or just French) uniforms?

I just ordered those Eurkea FFL minis and I am excited to paint them. 

I need some colors, though, and can anyone explain the difference between the three color striped vs. the uniform that resembles the American woodland forest BDU pattern?

Do you mean the 4-colours "Camouflage Europe Centrale" AKA "Camouflage Centre-Europe"?
