Title: Mansions of Madness, painted investigators (finished 8/10 2018)
Post by: Anatoli on July 04, 2018, 06:37:24 PM
Mansions of Madness painted investigators part 1:

I posted some new pics of the first 8 painted investigators for Mansions of Madness. I have cut the miniatures from the cast bases and glued them on clear bases that add a nice effect when the miniature is placed on the game tiles.

This weekend I finished painting up my collection of Mansions of Madness investigators. They are a mix of 1st and 2nd edition minis. 2nd edition are larger, better sculpted and look better - and were also a bit easier to paint. However, the difference in size between both editions is quite small and you don't notice it one the minis are on the board.

I actually had a great deal of fun painting these up. It has been a few months without much inspiration and energy in terms of painting minis. But I painted these guys up in less than two weeks, and have continued my painting spree with adding paint to the entire range of "Lobotomy" board game miniatures next (which I will share shortly).

Caroline and I already had a game with the painted minis, trying out the latest DLC scenario"Altered fates" for Mansions of Madness 2nd edition this weekend. A great game is now a bit more enjoyable.

Pictures of every single investigator can be viewed over at my blog:
