Looking for a Centurion Mark I in 1/72 scale. Metal, resin, plastic, doesn't matter.
You can find all kinds of German paper panzers but very little for the Allies. Strange
because this is an actual tank that was produced.
Anyway thanks for any possible leads.

Airfix used to make a kit, don't know if it's still in production.

I'm sure I saw one on a stand at the Vapnartak show in York this year.
There were two companies doing loads of really nice 20mm tanks but for the life of me I can't remember their names. (Not my thing, sorry).
If you look on the Vapa website they have a list of traders that you should be able to find then on.
Sorry, that's not terribly helpful...

try this
matadormodels.co.uk
kit number PWB-23
tasmodelshop.nl does Centurion 5
acemodel.com does Centurion 3 and 5
Cromwellmodels probably does one but the company is difficult to get hold of.

If you are feeling rich you can try milicast.com
models UK 309 and UK 310.

There's a couple of Airfix ones on eBay.

Ace make plastic kits of several versions in 1/72. Hobby Master make a variety of prepainted diecasts in 1/72.

The Mk. I was the one with the 17 pdr and 20mm Polsten, and its turret differed from the later models.
Apparently Dragon released one in 1/72nd scale this May.

Arlequin,
Thank you. I had not found that one in my search of the internet. There are also differences on the engine deck. That's what I like about this forum. People try to help
fellow gamers and modelers.
Again, Thank you.

Thanks for the pictures. You did a great job on them. I looked at the Milicast site. They have the A41 and the Mark I. I don't think I can afford them though. I will probably go
with the Dragon model when it is available. Thanks again.
