Title: Super Hero Miniature ID?

Anyone have an idea

Anyone know who made/makes this figure?  I know it's a conversion, but I could have sworn I had it at one time from Superfigs or Reaper.

Nope ;) , that's a custom miniature (helmet added) based on a miniature from the German company "Excalibur Miniaturen":

That's the one.  It was driving me crazy.  I could have sworn I had it at one time.
