Very nice entry Wirelizard. I guess the dinosaur is a toy by the looks of it, nice repaint. I like the cavemen and the whole setup as well 8)

Actually the dino is from HLBS's 28mm dino line, which they discontinued earlier this year. When I heard they were stopping all 28mm, I scrounged some money together and bought a bunch of their dinosaurs, and the largest of them was this Styracosaurus.

The head is pewter, and the body & tail are resin - this makes the poor critter so nose-heavy the base was needed to keep it from constant faceplants.

All the HLBS dinos were/are very nice - apparently someone (Copplestone?) has bought the molds and masters, so hopefully they'll be available again sometime!

The cavemen and explorers are all Pulp Figures.

Great entry Wirelizard, I like the idea of the dinosaur minding his own business and only wanting to get on with that. Nice change of pace to also see a friendly dinosaur this round :)

Friendly is relative - elephants, rhino and water buffalo kill their share of people every year! Considering large wild herbivores as 'friendly' can be hazardous to your health.

My alternate title for this photo was "An Interupted Standoff" - "Pardon Me, Coming Through" is funnier, and pitches the story slightly differently.

Very much so indeed. But this one isn't a roaring, rampaging large carnivore and apprently minding his on business :)

Jup, I like that too. It makes this entry refreshing and very interesting indeed. The green blends in very well with the scenery which is a nice touch. The bulldog is one of my favorite adventurers of this round! It just looks so cute and would make an excellent ally in The Lost World.

and they sure look nice in a larger than 800x800 format. nice work indeed. :)
