Title: Hello from Ohio!

Hi! My name is Isaac, I’m a 20 year old College student from Ohio. I’ve been wargaming and painting on and off since I was 9 years old, starting first with 15mm WW2 and 28mm pulp in 2016. I used to lurk here(possibly posted a few times on another account), but after getting back into the hobby around 2 months ago I decided to finally make an actual account and become active on the pulp board here. Also if anyone can direct me to the rules section it would be greatly appreciated!
