In order that the dastardly Sir Bernard de Winters did not take all the glory, I painted up the retinue of Sir Bernard de Clifton.

Strking!

Very nice.

Excellent Steve 8)
-
And what a fine body of men they are. Splendid painting. The stars look great, even better in person, :)
-
Nicely done, that freehand is impressive.

Having now obtained my copy of Fistful of Lead (core rules)
Which now have pride of place, alongside the Western, the Napoleonic & the 'Vampire'
sets, I am preparing (At least) two Retinues.
By the way, am I missing something? I had a quick scan, but could not find 'Bows'
In the rules.

Nice work on those Steve 8)

Thanks guys. They're a mix of Crusader and Gripping Beast.

In page 10, in the Weapons Table.

The table on page 10 of the core rules is not enough. I think Jaye forgot a paragraph on page 34...
For bows and crossbows I use the rules of galactic heroes where the description is more precise (page 41 of these rules).
- Bows 9/18" : if an unmodified "1" is rolled, roll again. If a 1-5 is rolled, then the shooter is permanently Out of Ammo.
- Crossbows 9/18" : must be reload after every shot. Mark them with an "ammo" marker after they shoot. Crossbows get a +1 to the Wound roll at Short range.

This isn't a rules discussion thread thank you!
