Wow! Tough call, great work chaps :)
-
Lovely work good sir! :-*
-
Lovely pieces
-
Two builds with very different ideas that turned out really well.
-
Great work both of you :)
-
Fantastic!
-
I like both. The escape pod is very innovative.
-
Both great entries

My goodness, Matt, you've almost done a perfect Rorke's Drift. I really need to see that model dressed with some Zulus and British infantry :-*
Daeothar, that is amazing. So much gorgeous detail. Such crisp finishing. And such storytelling in the scene. Incredible. Beautiful. I salute you.
Never has a Kinder egg been put to such good use (kidding ;))
(Wait, it's not a Kinder egg case is it? :D Sorry, I didn't look too closely at most of the 'in progress' threads because I didn't want to spoil the surprise!)

The escape pod has been put together with great skill and imagination, and looking at it really made me realise that making the ruined version must be considerably harder than if the builder had instead made a pristine one (something that is probably true of all entries in the competition, but this entry brought it home to me).
The building is a more conventional subject but very well done and would enhance any gaming table.
Great job both!

I love the ruined farmhouse. The detail on the crashed pod is insane. Both are beautiful projects.
-
Both of those are brilliant.. great work on that pod, and I would be so pleased to see the farmhouse on my table.
-
Excellent build Daeothar, lovely details and color scheme :)

Another pair of great builds! Matt, your house looks gorgeous...but that escape pod!! All the incredible storytelling and details. Incredible.
