Oooh, off to a good start!
-
Love these, especially the kit bashes 8)
-
Inspired !!
As James said, some great kitbashing and lovely weathering
-
Superb! :-*
-
The Hurricane kitbash is just as good as the pursuit Deathdealer! All are ace!
-
lol bloody typical.
I spend ages making sure I didn't weather and go the militarized route. No I went shinny gold .
Then you show up all showy offy with your fancy weathering and moody lighting :P
Joking aside cracking stuff as always . The second kit bash has quite a believable feel to it. I could quite easily see it charging in clouds of dust down dirt roads in the out back. Or churning up permafrost in Siberia as it roared across the tundra.
What's its origin kit ? As it puts in mind of something like an Se 5?
The pursuit car is cracking totally different interpretation to mine . really nice storytelling with your ageing and weathering. Definitely glad I chopped my version down though. As your pictures just reminded me how long a model it is. (It was never going to work on a 4x4. 1930's English countryside board).

Nice looking vehicles 👍
-
Wow they look incredible. Good job with the paint jobs and weathering.
-
Absolutely amazing work on all of these Blackwolf! That has to be the grungiest pursuit vehicle I've seen to date, a real killer!
-
Superb Guy :-* :-* :-* :-*
And what a brilliant character that figure on foot is. Biggles drives south!
-
These look wonderful! Top job! :-*
-
:o :o :o
Wow. Amazing work on those "cars".
-
Top drawer, mate.
Bloody gorgeous brushwork, the weathering really brings the best out of them.
:-* :-*

Thanks all for the kind words :)
Recognise the buildings Paul? ;)
Cheers Mark :) Actually the kitbash you refer to is a DH 9 heavily modified with bits of a Bedford truck, I call it the Bearco :D And you’re right it does have a ‘realworld’ feel to it, intentional, the MGs are actually in scale, period flimsies etc.

Wolf Creek!
The perfect setting for post-apoc drive thru shenanigans.
:D
-
Those vehicles are awesome!
-
Incredible weathering! As always, very evocative scenery and perfect pictures.
-
Thanks you two :)
And Paul, exactly :D
-
Amazing kitbash as others have said!
Following with interest!

The 'Bearco' is exactly what I have been looking for to spark my enthusiasm for MM 34. As much as I delight in the cars of this era, THIS is the look I have been chasing without knowing. Big, damn tough, believable. I can imagine that surviving the roads of the Australian outback, but not a Bugatti Type 59!
I'm off to Google 1/48 DH4's! Oh, and Brisfits, now I think of it.
And SE5a's... and...
oh dear... ::)
-
Cheers mate :)
Funnily enough I’ve seen a couple of Bugattis race, still going strong at Wakefield Park,in addition to plenty of ‘specials’. Very Mad Maximilian :)
-
You might want to look for pictures from this I imagine it'd be quite useful for Maximillian game set out your way.(Admittedly your it may not be yout neck of the woods but your closer than I am. :D )
-
Some great kitbashes there.
-
Thanks :)
Unfortunately Mark it’s a bit far, that’s Western Australia,I’m in NSW. However if I had the right car...wonder what my wife might think? I could do with another classic without seatbelts*,and a straight six :D
