Something a bit different for me... it's proving to be a bit of a pain to get the details right!
(random horses just for scale - and might be out of scale I know nothing about horses...)
-
looks very good Rich! I suppose I can guess who the customer is ;)
-
Nice start.

Always a difficult subject. As a gamer, I want to be able to feel it’s a prominent piece on the table....sometimes good to put a mini or two in ,etc.....but the fact is, they really were very small. I had a Dixon one years ago, lovely kit, but swapped it for a larger out of scale laser cut one purely for gaming reasons.
Nice to see another take on one though.

As it's 3d printed scale is easily varied. It will be scaled to suit the aesthetic for the range so it should have a reasonable presence on the table. But I too was surprised how tiny they are!
-
I am guessing about 1/50 scale.
I wonder about a steampunk variation....
-
A stream engine would fit nicely on the back if I took the luggage rack off...

First print

Nice job :-* :-* :-*

Nice work it looks the part, will it be commercially available ?
Cheers
Matt

Yes!
Just need to work out how to split it up for casting. It's quite a complex beast.
I'll probably lop the roof off, but the undercarriage is pretty flimsy and complicated.
-
That does look very nice.
-
As soon as I can work that out and add the brakes (which I've just noticed I forgot...) It'll be on its way to Empress :)
-
That looks really nice indeed
-
Probably needs more horses, 6 rather than 4
If in doubt look for an old (1960) TV show called "Stagecoach West", (appears on UK Freeview channel 81 on weekends) or even Doris Day's Calamity Jane
-
Yes that is the plan but it becomes extremely long so it will be in two versions 4 and 6 horses.
At some point there will be a covered wagon and buggy
-
Nicely done! Will you be selling this or Empress Miniatures?
-
Empress once I work out how to cut it up...
-
Changed the boot and added the brakes.
