Anyone interested in play-testing a set of rules I am working on?
D20-based, inspired by Rangers of the Shadow Deep, with a liberal mix of my previous offerings.
I have the doc in a place where I think I can show it to other folks. Please PM me to let me know.
Thanks!

Great news ! Unfortunatly I don't have the spare time to test if for now, but I'll be looking for its release for sure !

Understood! If you do get some time in the next couple weeks, let me know. Thanks!

What is the duration of a game ? I've got plenty of heroclix minis, and heroclix maps, I 'd probably can test the game soon or later.

You can likely play the one-shot, Super Brawl scenario in less than an hour.

I'll find my figs and maps and come back to you as soon as possible. thanks !

PM me when you're ready and I will send you a link. Thanks, again!

Just reading through now, hopefully get the first game in on Saturday.
I am curious if you had other "named" hero/villains in mind when you set up the Issues. That is one thing my son will want is DC/Marvel stand-ins but that should give us even more to work on.

Oh yes, Series 1 is Avengers 164 - 166, and Series 2 X-Men 141 - 142 (sort of).
-
Series 2 I got easy, first one I was at a loss.
What was your inspiration for Time Kahn and his Plasti-Men?
-
Kang and his hordes of artificial minions. It's kinds of a mish-mash of Days of Future Past and some of the many AVengers-Kang stories I have read.
-
Sounds awesome! Although, I just got the expansion to SMF. What would be the main differences between these two?
-
Completely different game mechanics. Built from the ground up for solo / co-op. Patterned after Ranges of the Shadow Deep in that respect. And D20 based, so you have to embrace the swing, although there are interesting (IMHO) mechanics in there to deal with that as well.
If you want a look, PM me and I will send you a link.

That's very generous of you! As someone who at this point, plays more solo than with other people, this kind of game is very exciting! I'd love to see it even if I have SMF first in the play queue. Cheers!

I am winding down play-testing on this. I think Sunday may be the cutoff before we get layout going. It doesn't mean we can't make changes while layout is underway, but it will make it harder to do anything substantive.
If you have the rules and you haven't done anything with them, but you still want to contribute, try this. Pick a small section, read it thoroughly, and comment on that. Even if you can't get a full game in.
Thanks in advance for anything you can do!

If anybody on here can do maps, I need about 10 for this project. I have rough ones done on graph paper, I but I would like to get some "prettier" ones done for the book interior.
