Sold my soul to Satan, Perry plastic WotR
Lord Berners Retinue Bowmen, chose this as the livery colours are the same as on the Robinson heraldic arms.

Does he know yet? :o
You'll be lucky if you are only exiled. lol

They are very nice. I actually like these more than the good Captains, I think its the colour choice?
Do you cut your mdf bases yourself? I need some more to match the cavalry you sent recently.
-
Yes - blame me! ;)
Those are very nice, Phil. Let's hope David doesn't notice :D

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder :)
Love the family livery.

More WOTR niceness - we are being spoilt today! :-*

More WOTR goodness, lovely painting there Phil and nice colour scheme, not seen that one before (One of the problems with always painting Nevilles!).

You'r just nostalgically thinking back to the old yellow and green striped away kit ;)
I have to agree they are gorgeous. I don't know if they are better than the Cap'n's figures, but the painting style is very different and I'd say both styles are equally attractive.
As far as I'm concerned, the more WOTR stuff we see the better and a big thumbs up to both painters :D

Very astute GM, I nearly put a mention to football kits but didn't want to be accused of Supporting Norwich City ;D
I have dwarf regiments done that way for the same reason and do still have a shirt :)

Dave already knows but is still speaking ;) Should not really blame you as it was me who showed you how to pre-order on GWP, a case of reap what you sow?
Thanks for comments everyone, I may just do another batch now.

Super!
Hopefully we'll see another batch soon!

You won't be....................... >:D

Never mind the plastics... the Bouchiers were from Essex and Yorkist! How could you? :o
Seriously though, they look splendid. I particularly like the way you've painted the brigandine on the centre figure.

Ha! Yes - so you did. In that case, I blame YOU! ;)
Hope to see some more Phil (they're good fun to make aren't they? :))
-
Very nice. I do like those colors.
-
Beautiful!
What system do you base them for? Impetus?
-
Very good. Lovely colour choices.

Based for Poleaxed 2, but slightly bigger at 20mm frontage per figure, I hate trying to squeeze figures on a 15mm frontage and as I will be doing both sides it will not be an issue. I am currently modifying Clarence Harrisons ECW rules to use as I like the mechanics and there is no paperwork at all. Although Poleaxed has very little it is still a little too much for me :)

Sure are, have finished two billmen and a man-at-arms, will try a casualty conversion next.

And so you should.
Very nice livery by the way. I'll have to stop looking or I might get sucked in as well.

I think my early gaming years have really damaged my perception of medieval miniatures.
My first thought when I saw these was: 'Ooh, nice Bretonnian bowmen' >:(
They are nice, and the paintjob looks good, although a tiny bit blurred on the pics, and I SHALL have to get me some of those, if not for anything but gaming Song of Blades and Heroes with them (and, hopefully, the massed battle game derived from it, due somewhen in the future). And if not for anything else than being able to say: 'NO, they are not Bretonnians, they are NOT GW miniatures. They are MUCH nicer!' :D
