Title: Images of Redoubt Foreign legion

Hi,
Has anyone got any images of painted up foreign legion by Redoubt Enterprises? Also, are they any good, quality wise?

I have them but not a good camera  :-[ The sculpting is OK but they are HUGE and not really compatible with other 28mm. For classic Beau Geste period FFL I would go for the new range from Artizan which is way better IMHO

EDIT: Askari do a good range, but you are liable to be stung for import duty in the UK.

EDIT: Also look at the range from I agree about Artizan. Plenty of photos on their website and easiser to get hold of than Askari if you are based in UK/Europe (as I see the General is).

You could also supplement the Artizan figures with the Woodbine WW1 French (available from Gripping Beast) - in particular the Tirraileurs Seneglese, which are not covered by Artizan's range.

I'm considering extending my Frenchies using figures from both of these ranges.

Why are Artizan easier to get hold of in the UK? Redoubt are in Eastbourne.

Was thinking about the Askiri legionaires! Must have still been still half asleep :?
