Yet another great example of why I need some Artizan WWII figs....your PJs really bring them to life.

These are excellent. I really must get round to doing MINE which have been languishing for ages.
At the risk of starting a controversy...is there any definitive answer as to whether the US Paras used the BAR? The possibility that they didn't has never seemed to bother anyone designing figures,in whatever scale.

Big Frank, which is the colour scheme you use? I ask because your jumpsuits are greener than mine and I'm interested in mixing a bit.

Did you paint them with the later M1943 jacket colour in mind?

You shame my painting skills  :-[

Top work, only c&c would be the lack of 'weathering' to make them look a little dirty? Very jealous.

Thanks for all the comments.
@ Kane, I use a mix of vallejo khaki green with a little green grey for the base coat, then wash with devlan mud and highlight up from khaki green to iraq sand.
@ greatescapegames, I've tried to do various shades of the M1942 and M1943 uniform.
Anyway here's a fire team for the second rifle squad.

Thanks for the info! But is that Kakhi Green, is that number 988 or... Because I can't find a "khaki green" paint. I think that scheme would work really well with my more "brown" uniforms to mix it up a bit :). And again an awesome paintjob on the new models!

I'll just put mine in the bin then! These are very, very nice indeed. Your paintwork brings out all the character in these figures.

3 more painted up. All with rifle grenades fitted. There's one for each squad and the mini's they replace will be used to make up the numbers of the 2nd squad's 2nd fire team.
Sorry if the top pic's a bit blurry.
