Hello all, I'm new here and I have to post at least once in order not to be kicked out again, so hello all! I'm Pil, from the Netherlands, and my main miniature interests are Warhammer Fantasy and near future gaming (Combat Zone, Babylon's Burning). I haven't been lurking much but occasionally I browse this forum and find it quite inspirational, so I hope to add to it (on occasion). Thank you very much! There's more in the pipeline (one article already submitted and several in the make) but I don't want to steal the thunder of the Chronicles so I'm afraid I might not be posting too many pictures of work in progress here :(. Of course I'm happy though that you enjoy my work :)

Sorry, couldn't resist it! That's some introduction. Fantastic work on both figures and vehicles.
I bet it all looks great on the gaming table :)
BTW, how on earth did you manage the "two dudes headbanging" avatar? :love:
I struggle to get a basic jpeg posted.....

It's a simple animated GIF, if you want to know how I made it I can tell you, but if you want to know how I got it as an avatar, well, I uploaded it on my own webspace, and linked to it (using the "link to offsite avatar" option). Thanks for the kind words, and yes, it looks good on the gaming table, here's a nice shot of a game in progress, showing the table:

Nobody tell him. Animated avatars are a the work of the Devil and anyone that uses them only gets one biscuit and no cake. I'm wearing out my Escape key stopping those buggers from headbanging!

No need, I have a backup avatar in case animated Gifs aren't appreciated ;)
And yeah, I didn't know that thing about the escape key either 8)

Plynkes and I (definitely I) wield no authority on the matter; we're just venting an opinion. It disturbes, in my mind, the aesthetics of Alex' layout of the place.
