I see there are many here I already know

Well actually I was a little embarrassed to join given how little I've been contributing to the sorts of miniatures that this forum might appreciate

But I have a number of current sculpting projects steering me more towards Lead Adventure and I've been getting heavily involved in Fantasy gaming after a long break so felt like the time was right to sneak in :)

This is a great site. You must not be ashamed of anything you put out here. It is a place where things get done. I, for one, do not think we see enough of your wee little creations in the world.

Considering your excellent robot for me and a certain (head chopping) hermit crab used by another, I think your creations are perfect for this group.

Welcome to the fold and I think you'll see that the appreciation for all your work will be great here.

Now that would be telling, I have a number of commissions/requests from several companies which will see me doing things in 28mm (gulp!) so you'll just have to wait to see  8)

And a further Hello to more familiar faces  :)

Well hellooooo Dolly! I surely hope your sculpting skills are contagious. I could use some of those.

Loved those cuddly tiny tanks and robots (what was it, 2mm?). I´m too much of a 28er to really get any of those, but they are positively awesome.

Then you should buy the 2mm tanks as toys for your 28mm figs!
Hmmmm that gives me an idea for a diorama

Cool always nice to know people have come across the paper models side of me as well.
It's a real shame I don't have any time to do some more! Well maybe one day  8)

Funny you should say that...

I'm in the middle of converting some GW Epic-scale [or 6mm for normal people]  tanks and spare weapons that I picked up free into 28mm "gun-droids". The plan is to link two together with some lengths of thick wire- the front one  will carry the gun with the second being the power source. ~Thry will be used for guarding installations or sneaking about in jungles.

Not a very good description, I'm afraid, but it looks fantastic in my head

2mm might make very interesting stealth or "assassin" droids in 28mm. I'll have to take a look at your stuff!
