I'm not sure if it has been posted here but with the current talk of the Sudan Campaigns, I thought some might like to know that Wargames Illustrated have a PDF download of the Michael Perry article form one of the past issues (cant remember the nuber).

Hey, nothing to worry about! It is good that we share tips with each other!
The good(?) or bad(?) thing about the early Sudan campaigns is the variety of uniforms that were worn! I had a lot of trouble trying to decide which colours to paint my figs.
In the end, I decided that I hated the plain grey uniforms, so I would go with either scarlet or khaki.
