This is a tough one. The colors on those sailors are pop-out-at-you great. However, I like the idea that the entire goblin entry fits on a single base. And when I'm having a hard time deciding between two entries, I always go for the fresh one.

Both are great entries, though the highlights on the sailors are a bit strong. But a cool gobbo chariot will always beat everything that doesn't have a beard to the knees for me ;D
Admiral, who did this cute car?

Admiral, who did this cute car?
it's an old Citadel one as far as I know

You certainly have a knack for bringing the best out of the old Citadel models Admiral. Its the Fantasy Tribes Goblin Chieftans Chariot (FTG13 then later C34 code). Amazing how I can still remember all the codes after all these years but when you use them all day everyday they tend to stick in your head somewhere

That goblin chariot takes me back to poring over lists and picture of figures in the old Citadel Compendium catalogues!
-
Yes, Svennn is correct, a very old set from Citadel when they started their "Fantasy Tribes" in the early eighties. I replaced the original very crude wheels of the chariot with others (might be Harlequin?) and added the scythes. But the major work was to save all parts of the set from lead disease, which had developed to a very advanced state. Some parts of the miniatures had already crumbled to dust and had to be resculpted after thoroughly cleaning and sealing the parts with special undercoatings. Hope it will last for the next years to come ... :-I

Damn, must get one of those for my (in 7th edition illegal) wolf rider tribe, as I already have the citadel chariots of 3rd ed.
-
Wow those colors are incredible knoxville! :)

OK that's the longest time it's taken me to decide where to put my vote so far !!I loved both entries!
-
I love both of these - I'm sure that the Goblin Chariot has never looked so good!
The highlights on the leather jackets for the other group are outstanding and I'll be aiming to emulate those in future.
