Dear Lead Adventurers,
Today I'd like to announce our new board - Adventures in the Far East:
http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?board=86.0
This board will be about Oriental adventures in the Far East from Ancients to the Colonial period. Historical and not quite historical. We have a sticky there, where you can read more about what does belong into this new board and what not:
http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=66842.0
Also I'd like to present you a newcomer to our moderation team - Jimbbibly. James, being one of the LAF old hands and an dedicated Oriental Adventures enthusiast, is predestined to moderate this particular board. Thank you, James, for your willingness to take care of the new board!

The perfect choice.

Go post and enjoy :D

It certainly is an adventure. Every time I click on new replies to your posts, everything shows up as on that board, including things that quite clearly aren't like threads on the 8th Army, Carnevale scenery etc. the last one was odd as theclast post on that thread eas several weeks old. I fear you have rent the space-time continuum Alex.

That happened to me.
Just mark them all as 'read' and it corrects itself.
;)
It is not the Prof's fault.
It is a strange thing called the 'Bibbles Effect'.... ::)

Never happened to me and I can't explain it. Just try to log off, purge your internet browser cache and try it again. Marking them all as read could help as well.

This is a great idea. The rich history of the Far East is definitely worthy of more than just "Other Adventures" :)
-
Ahhhh - I thought I was going mad. Good to see this inclusion to the family - thanks Profie.
-
Excellent idea. I can now get my Samurai fix from one place.
-
Congrats Jim :) Just the man for the job!
-
Excellent idea and no one better for it.
-
Konitchiwa, domo! (as you can tell I have very little to post on your boar, Jim. I shall however make an effort not to deride it)
From Bridget Jones' Diary:
Oh, to hell with it:
<Bridget's mum>
You remember Mark.
You used to play in his paddling pool.
He's a barrister. Very well off.
<Bridget>
No, I don't remember.
<Bridget's mum>
He's divorced, apparently.
His wife was Japanese. Very cruel race.

Couldn't think of a better man for the job!
Or a better expansion to the LAF Smörgasbord of subfora... Seeing how well-stocked it already is, it really deserved it.
