Title: (COMMERCIAL) A big thumbs up for The Assault Group!
Post by: westwaller on February 13, 2015, 04:19:06 PM
Just thought I would drop a few lines here to say how impressed I am with TAGs customer service. I had a minor (wrong figure in pack) problem recently with a purchase and it was sorted speedily and generously.

A big thumbs up for Pete at TAG.

I really do recommend taking a look at their ranges if you haven't already as they do lovely minis.

Assault group are nothing short of fantastic. Great miniatures reasonable prices, no shipping costs and they tend to fix things as soon as possible.

Unfortunately they had to introduce shipping costs last year. Still great minis though!

Nonsense. They are one of the few companies who still have free shipping over a certain spend. Just try to spend less than £52.00 on their site...

Agreed. Not a fan of TAG and never ordered from there before. Enough to say they had no strings free shipping for 12 years and now they charge. I looked at the SPV chart. Still looks like reasonable looking fees are still in effect.
