Nice collection.  I particularly like the Gangers.
Thanks! In the old times they also had rules in 40k, now only house rules.

The next ones are some plastic Krieg troopers. I always laugh on these, as plastic Krieg was the top Imperial Guard rumor for 15 years, and when no one took it seriously any more, they were suddenly released.

Here it is alongside an injection-moulded Zvezda kit (left) of the same scale. I think it stands up pretty well, especially considering that it's a FDM print.

Weird Wars / Re: Trench crusade weird ww1

I've been looking at getting involved with this game. Think of a mix of medieval crusades, creatures of hell, WW1 technology and trench warfare in a very grim dark setting.

The rules are by one of the guys behind Mordheim, so that's a good start. Currently the rules are at playtest level, but they are already better presented than many commercial rule sets.

There is a Facebook page for the game plus an active participants group, both well supported by the game designers. The files section in the participants group includes the latest playtest rules and a quick start sheet. An official range of figures will be released in due course, but you can use whatever figures you want. Many players have produced some wonderful conversions using 28mm plastic figures and 3D prints.

Thank you guys! I do not plan to go throught the entire Soviet artillery flora (Tulpan heavy mortar, etc :) as only these two SPGs were used in the Hungarian Peoples Army. I finally managed to put my hands onto an Iraqi card set for the game, now I can properly use the "old" T-55s (they do not have Soviet cards) and introduce the ZU-57-2 too.

A short blog entry if you feel like looking features a building addition to the project.

A great looking bunch of figures, congratulations!

Now, this keeps coming back to nag at me and I *could* try to cut it off and replace it with a pistolholster instead, but it's going to be fiddly to do and blood might get spilled, so I'd like to see what the general idea is on this.
You do not need to remove it entirely, just greenstuff it into a more general looking bag (maybe remove some parts to avoid it being too big).
