Static Grass Applicator for £2.50

Hi,
doing a bunch of figure bases, wanted to have some tufts of grass on there, so looked into getting a static grass applicator.
Found a link to an article by a chap in the States called Ryan Kunkle - the link is included in my Warfactory article below, so I can't claim any credit for the idea, but this cost me very little and only about an hour to construct. The only construction information in my article is where I differed from Ryan, so you'll need to read his first.
