Excellent scene Lt. Hazel. Beautiful painting, composition, and dramatic narrative... I don't think it gets much better than what you brought together for this entry.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Two fantastic entries each worthy of a win.

In this case we see how "setting the scene" tips the scales.

Lt Hazel went full "diorama" in his entry and it payed off. From the ground troops to the left, the kids running with the cavalry and the Shepard in the background; his entry is pure awesome. Well done.

Good luck to both of you in future rounds... looking forward to your entries.

This match is so crazy good you have to go all the way to the next to last differentiating criteria to make a decision, the last being a coin toss.

This might be the most perfectly matched pair of LPL entries I've ever seen.

Really, really hard to choose here, where's the Both button?

Tough one as both are just lovely, but I'm a sucker for anything Late Roman/Arthurian so Jan gets the nod on this from me and those running kids was a brilliant touch! :-*
