The Governor's Daughter by Black Scorpion...

DintheDin, please note that her dress has the same rose motif of your amazing climbing rosebush!  ;)

And that's a secret passage for sure!  :D

Great looking mansion ;D

Thank you for your kind words! When I started building it, I had not in mind what would be its final shape, I had to demolish one first floor room and gave its place to the terrace with the pergola but I feel it ended well!

Making the arched entrance

I used cork 0,5 cm thick and I fixed the left and right wall, leaving the entrance opening.
Then, you cut a strip of cork of appropriate length, you bend it slightly and you slide it and glue it into place.
After plastering, you have an arched entrance with a most natural curve, no other measurements needed!

The forest clearing

Out of the town's Eastern walls, the place is forested (a possible pirate invasion point).
When my nephew received a birthday cake with plastic trees planted, after the quick disappearance of the cake, the trees were confiscated.
The roots are made from acrylic clay. Sponge foliage added.
With a CD base it will serve as a forest clearing  for our next pirate game.

The third tree was a plastic pine and now makes company to the Spanish-style hacienda, first page!
(Waiting for his next birthday party  ;D )
