BTW: that Terra-Formers terrain is really nice!  :-*

Lovely!  Great cemetery set up.  I probably need to get a copy of Pulp Alley one of these days.  It seems like a very versatile rules system.

Thanks for sharing,

Thanks, and if you have not tried it yet, I'd heartily recommend it. It's just about the most versatile and fun system out there, and there is a free download of the starter rules on the official Pulp Alley site.

I painted up a cheerleader miniature for season one Cordelia at the weekend.... 'Go Razorbacks'

Any thoughts on stats / skills?

Dracula, re-vamped as a terror! (Big Bad - 1 character league, all 10 slots rolled up in to one base worth of badness).

I'm planning to have 1st test games of 'Buffy Alley' tomorrow night, location I think needs to be Sunnydale Cemetery. I'm going to use solo and horror rules together with 'Trail of Clues' scenario from main rule book. I've put together an encounter table to choose the opposition. Lets hope the Choosen One does not roll a one for co-stars in her first gig!

The major plot point will be the unsuspecting member of the public that she is going to save from a fate worse than death, minor plots will be the clues to their location.

I'll do a post later in the week to let you know how she does.

Any ideas, suggestions or comments, please let me know!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Pulp Alley - First Patrol

Last week I played the first scenario with my BTVS inspired Pulp Alley characters.

I've added a full after action report to my hobby blog in comic book format.

The game was played Solo using the Pulp Alley Solo Deck, which worked really well.
Scenario was 'Trail of Clues' set in Sunnydale Cemetery.

The major plot point was a pair of innocents, meeting for a date beneath the palm trees. Minor plot points were a dropped rucksack, a lost piece of jewelry, a high school text book and a disturbed grave.

You can read the full report with loads more photos on my Hobby Blog @ http://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Hobby-Pages/Hobby-Blog/Buffy-Alley-Episode-1-First-Patrol

Last night I set up the terrain, plot points and characters for the next episode in my Buffy themed Pulp Alley campaign.

Luke briefs his minions on the plan to kidnap a whole bunch of innocents and save them to sacrifice when the planets are aligned for 'The Harvest' in order to raise 'The Master'

Key locations in Sunnydale have been connected together using the sewers to enable the Vamps to get around with out being troubled by the pesky sun light!

One of the tunnels links up a crypt in the graveyard with the sewers. This is where the innocents were whisked away from in episode 1, First Patrol. Buffy and the Scoobies plan a rescue mission.

We're all set up and ready to give this game a whirl on Thursday night.
I've added a few more details, and lots more photos on my hobby blog @ http://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Buffy-Alley-Episode-2-Preparing-for-the-Harvest

Last Wednesday (17th January) Lewis and I got around to playing the second episode in our BTVS Pulp Alley Campaign.

Buffy, Giles, Willow and Xander head off to the dead center of Sunnydale in search off some missing persons (which Luke has been collecting ready for 'The Harvest')

The scenario is played very similar to 'Trail of Clues'. Giles quickly gets some directions from a lady beat cop, who tells him of a strange noise coming from the old creepy mausoleum. Willow eventually picks the lock and the gang find a hidden tunnel leading to the sewers.

From here, it all starts to go wrong for our female avenging angels (and buddies)....

I've written up a full report, with loads more photo goodness @ http://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Buffy-Alley-Episode-2-Preparing-for-the-Harvest
