A bit of a unit with a special place now, as it is the first regiment I painted after having been away from wargaming for 5 years.

But old love never dies they say... so last month I got back into this glorious hobby of ours.  I immediatly repurchased the Black Powder rulebook, taking along the promotion on the Warlord site that you got a free box of figures with the basic rulebook, and off I was again...

... well, after sorting through which paints hadn`t turned to stone over time 

Still got a lot to (re)learn in painting, and get used to the small chaps painting, but for a first I think they turned out good enough to be placed on some tabletop and hold the line.

Welcome back! Nice looking unit to return with after an absence.

As you have the BP rulebook you should pick up the Rebellion supplement for AWI as it's a pretty good book with some nice pictures.
