Well, 'Big T' actually, from Pigeon Guard Games. He's a great wee model that comes with the choice of automatic (for enforcing discipline) or cigar (for relaxing with the boys at a BBQ).

Christ that's a great sculpt and lovely brushwork! It looks eerily like the real/fictional character upon which this is`not based. Lovely work!
