Not actually a build, I was just cleaning up a Spectre Miniatures technical and an Empress Miniatures Panzer IB.

Love it! But the only way in and out is Dukes of Hazard style but I like it a lot

Picked up a few sets of Fast & Furious cars at a Toys R Us liquidation sale.   Some of them look pretty good straight out of the package, especially the armored Navistar.

I bought a set of modern British Vehicle Crews from Empress.

Though designed for "rescaling" Airfix kits, I thought they would make a good crew for the Empress WW2 Jeep.

Someone on another thread asked about the size of the Trucks being released by Crooked Dice (available prerelease at Salute).

I have not assembled mine yet, but here is a size comparison (I have added the transmission and axles and started on assembling the cab - the roof is not attached).




As you can see, it is a good scale match to the Cadian Imperial Guard.

Definitely more Heroic Scale than suitable for say Empress' 28mm. Though sci-fi enough to work in a say a Mass Effect style setting without looking as out of place perhaps.

I spent a while converting one of those a few (turns out it was nearly five ) years ago. The idea was to make a Post Apoc Mystery Machine for the Hasslefree post apoc Scobby Gang




I even added equipment and supplies to the roofrack





I could never decide on a plough for it, which is one of the things that slowed me down

I even made a 6mm high Scrappy Do as a hood ornament (it will be where the Epic Space Marine proxy is in the images)



However, my vehicle weathering skills suck and I paniced at the thought of messing up the model trying to do the logo, so it has languished for nearly five years now. I still look at it regularly, so hopefully one day...
