Thanks for the responses, chaps.
Encouragement to continue is always welcome.
 :)

My own OGAM Greeks have been languishing in undercoat for about two years now, but after seeing this they may well be moving a step or two closer to the desk...

I always knew that I would get around to these chaps sooner or later.
You will get your own done eventually, I am sure.
 ;)

Nice collection of minis there Paul, great to see the war bands coming together  :-*
Cheers
Keith

Cheers, Keith.
Work shall commence on the bigger chaps soon.
 :D

Cheers, mate.
I have not played yet but the system seems very interesting, well worth a read.

Very nice looking warband this, I need to get m OGAM act together one of these days. I only ever completed a single model, Fenrir.

That is one of the best things about OGAM, plenty of variety of painting subjects.
From the Mortals to the more interesting Legends, right up to the HUGE Gods.
I am looking forward to the Gods.
Oh yes!
 :D

You'll be playing Age of Sigmar next!

 lol lol
He already has the whole collection Star Wars DVD's, I hear....

You WILL turn to the Dark Side, Jeff.
Oh, yes, you will!
 :D

Work continues on the Greeks with three more Satyrs, four Skeletons and a sabot base for Jason/Achilles/Another Greek Hero just awaiting their bases colouring in and pimping, which should happen tonight.
Piccies as when they are done.
 :)

Super, super job on these. Really fine brush work.

Just in case you may not have been aware, Grand Manner does offer a very nice 28mm Argos ship that would look really good with these guys as an accessory or beach landing scenario.

You go to war with the figures you have, not the figures you wish you had!

Thanks for the tip, I was not aware of that.
 :)

Not sure how much any ships will figure in this project, though.
In fact, scenery for this will very much be of the 'natural' variety that is already in my collection: Rocks, woods, rivers etc...

I may do one piece of thematic scenery for each faction, though.
For the Greeks, I guess a Temple of some sort would be appropriate.

If you change your mind about a galley, I had this beauty made by Ironheart Artizans:

A temple is a definite.  An old school D&D style setting would be gr at for this.

That is pretty damn good!
I shall certainly consider it if I go down the 'beached ship' look.

The weird thing is, my first thought was ruined temple.
But...it would not be ruined at this 'time', would it?

Anyways, back to the figures: I have finished the last seven of the Satyrs and the final four Skellies. All based and done.
Just need to take a piccie or two later and then think about what to do next.....

Well, here they are, starting with the Skellies.

I need quite a few Skeletons if I am going to use Hades as the God of a Greek force as half of the Mortals in his force MUST be Undead. Twelve should be sufficient for the time being. If we decode to play bigger battles I have a few more in hand.

The Satyrrs....

More Old Skool Citadel Beastmen escapees from my Mordheim warband, rebased and repurposed for OGAM.

Again, I need quite a few as, if I want to use Pan as an option to lead them as I do, then you must have at least half of the points of the force allocated to Centaurs, Satyrs and Dryads. Which means that I still need some Centaurs.....

The Foundry Greek Skeletons are very nice, I got those with the intention of forming the basis of an undead force so I could mix those in with regular skellies.

There is plenty more to come yet.

The skellies above are Citadel plastics.
I couldn't find the Foundry Skellies for a while until I discovered they had been moved over to the Warmonger Miniatures label:

https://www.warmongerminiatures.com/collections/undead

There are some interesting things in that range including some Plague Doctors which I have a few of and did not know where they came from. I have been converting them to add some numbers to one of my Necromunda gangs, the ABC Warriors.

I now know where to get reinforcements when I need them.
Cheers, mate!

Forgot to add these.....

Jason/Achilles/Another Greek Hero on his new sabot base so that he looks more like a Legend and less like just another Mortal.

And when he is not on his 'Legend' base....
