He is on a 40mm base (as all of my Legends are), so he is a big lad.
I shall take a comparison shot of him alongside some of the Human Legends tomorrow.

I will take a shot of the whole Faction when it is finished as it should not be too long.
Only four Legends and three Gods to go.....if I do not add anything else, that is.
 

That should give me time to find a suitable 'snowy' material to take the shot on.

It is indeed a Bones Direwolf, and I reckon he scales up just right as a 'monstrous wolf' against the humans.
And, you are right, it should be in all animal menageries.
At that price it would be silly not to.

Yep, being Bones it would certainly be easy to convert as cutting this stuff is so easy.
I just chopped off the ridiculously oversized base (that seems to be a 'thing' with Bones miniatures) and rebuilt it to fit nicely on the 40mm bases that I am using for Legends in OGAM.

Another Legend...well, a new base for an existing miniature, anyway.
 

This fella is so characterful that when I found a replacement for him in the unit I just had to rebase him as a Legend, didn't I?
  






And posing next to his old unit, with the replacement already in the ranks with his helm tucked under his arm....

That book on cold places was really useful, so I can send some thanks your way for that one.
I want to go back and add the final touch to the earlier bases now.

For some reason I see him as more of a 'Jimmy' than a 'Hrothgar' for some reason....
