Thanks both! He looks a little mournful I think. It's a serious job being a starship navigator I guess.

Choose Your Own Adventurers #14: Necromunda Mauretania, Space Amazon
« Reply #46 on: November 29, 2017, 12:58:19 AM »
Necromunda’s just been re-rereleased, and there’s a piece of art floating around in White Dwarf and Warhammer Community that doesn’t correspond to any of the miniatures released yet, but is a lovely call back to a of 1980s classic.  Presenting Necromunda Mauretania.

More photos of her with her crew on Ninjabread.

So good Curis.  Lush.

That jade green is lovely.

Remind me not to have to follow up your paint jobs with mine for extended periods the next time that we do this :D lol

Choose Your Own Adventurers #15: Rex O’Thermic, Squat Engineer 07/12/17
« Reply #53 on: December 07, 2017, 01:44:20 PM »

Rex here is sort of the companion piece for Doug Orewell that I painted the last time.  I doubt that the figure was sculpted as part of an intended duo, but as only two squats appear in the "Adventurers" range, they are a de facto team I suppose.

Rex seems to either getting in/out of an environment or space suit in a hurry, while using binoculars.  I find myself wondering what he is supposed to be doing...

Some more chat and photos about dwarfs in space in the blog post, for anyone interested.

Axiom is up next, then Curis.

Thanks for looking!

Great stuff.
I love that flight suit, it looks really 'well worn'.
 :-* :-*

Having read the blog post: You obviously spend far longer 'looking' at your figures than I would.
Amarite?
 ;)  :D

Love those two Squats - not least of all because they fit so perfectly with the rest of the gang! They've persuaded me to look for a few Squats on eBay to add to my human-heavy sci-fi contingent. Excellent stuff!

Judda came into being as the personal bodyguard / geneclone / love interest for my Water Seller I used in a campaign at the end of 2016 and early 2017. He didn't get shown online, but has been through a host of character-defining escapades! Hope you like him!

More words and pics over at my blog, with Curis next to come in the round robin!
