Yes, I know that the real name was different and I though quite a while about whether I should go with the movie version or the real guy. But as I based these two on the particular scene in the movie where they tell the German negotiator to go to hell, I decided to call him Carlyle.

The real name, Major Allison Digby Tatham-Warter, is waaaaay cooler though, I agree.
