My HP Lovecraft Sculpt
« on: July 04, 2017, 06:11:59 PM »

This is my version of H P Lovecraft. He's 29mm to his eyes. I'll be getting him cast in metal and he'll be available via Bears Head Miniatures. I'll also put him on pre order.

Thank you. I'm looking at swapping his puddle base for a slotta tab. Anybody got any preference either way?

Nice one. :) But I believe the base should be something along the lines of....

...Looking down at my feet, I became aware that the surface on which I had thought I was standing was a bubbling, unearthly substance that glowed with a sickly light and gave out odors of a decaying sweetness as it pulsated....
The laws of probability do not apply to my dice in wargames or to my finesses in bridge.

That's nice!  I want one.

I like slotta tabs too.  Easy to cut off if I need, and very handy if I don't need.

Excellent!  Great likeness!

Slotta is a **lot** easier to remove.  Anyone who prefers the other style can attach the figure to something similar easily enough.

Great figure.  I'll be watching for it to go into production.  I know a guy who's an HP Lovecraft impersonator who might like a painted one :)
