A bit of a challenge for me but I'd like to put in a Tac squad with a Vet Sgt. 4th company. Will submit what I have when it is rounded up and assembled.
I should be painting right now.

Unless I have some issues with the paint scheme I'll be doing a 10 man assault squad of 1st Company veterans with jump packs.

Excellent painting.

I have only managed to assemble one figure.

It was undercoated (not literally) over breakfast.

Veteran Sergeant Blackwolf;

That's some outstanding work: much more modern than my (purposely) RT style job. Also: much better... :D

What colours did you end up using?
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

VMC Khaki (and NOT VGC Khaki) was spot on though and for the lighter parts, I used VMC Stone Grey 70.884 with white, which matched much better in the end.

I shaded the Khaki with VMC USA Olive Drab 70.889, which works really well with the khaki.

To confirm (I'll also state awardwards it's VMC references in OP):

Not used.

Added to the list.

Done.

Veteran Sergeant Blackwolf
Really well done.

I've started some preliminary work on the 3d shoulder pads, and would hereby like to apply for the position of techmarine.

Apparently that's already me  ;D

I even have a RT beaky techmarine winging its way to me as I type  :D

Any idea on Foundry equivalents for the colours?

Late and slow to jump abrouad on this... Great idea and awesome veteran sergeant by Blackwolf!  :-*

I have three new Primaris Reivers marines to dedicate to this if that's ok? Painting will be slow and I do plan to convert the minis a bit. If there is no need for them I could also start an traitorous version of the Lead Legion, the Lead Plague Legion (LPL!!! ;) ) Hmm.. I think I will start them in any case :D
