Oh do fantasy dwarves, put a pew pew 8n there hand, think He-man, and those who want can remove said item. :-)

Grimm

No.

I have far too much sci-fi on the go and fantasy isn't a genre I have anything to do with (apart from Reptiliad and conversions).

Ratlings snipers have always been some of my favorite troops. I'm so sad they are not official cannon anymore.

If you want to part with some, please send me a PM, but with postage costs in the UK being so expensive lately, I'm afraid it will be outside of my budget.

The latest update on the Halfling Snipers is that I should be getting the ball rolling this coming week. Here's the information:

I have got some news if you want to get hold of some of these...

Halfling Snipers: https://insoemporium.blogspot.co.uk/2017/08/halfling-snipers-for-sale.html
Exo Armour Legs: https://insoemporium.blogspot.co.uk/2017/08/exo-armour-legs-for-sale.html

It's a clunky way of doing things but it's a start :)

Someone mentioned mini Wookies (Ork 56 on Frothers) but I didn't want to be a copy-cat so I made something different :) :

Seeing as sales have dried up, it makes sense to do something else with them :)

In other news, I have actually started painting my Squat army... I know... crazy talk :D !

Anyway, here's a rough base-coat on my three Berserkers (count as Ministorum Priests):

Next will be a tidy up, wash and highlight... but I'll be doing that one at a time (so I can see finished progress :) ).

The first Squat for the army is now painted. This is a Berserker (counts as ministorum priest):

Now that I have some snipers, a Jokaero and some priests, it's high time I got my arse in gear and started painting some of the basic troops... so that is what I have done :) . Here is the first (rough base-coat) on the first squad of No.2 platoon:

Seeing as I have been too busy for physical hobby time, I thought I'd try and fit my army into the new 40k edition and have come up with the following:

Most of the army is exactly as planned but I have had to add a couple of units to fill mandatory slots (the 3rd Sentinel sqn and the 3rd Heavy weapon team). Sadly, there isn't a spot for Rough Riders in an Astra Militarum army any more so I won't bother adding to the single one I have converted... Chuck...

Still... I think there's plenty going on with the army without them :)

That is some seriously impressive sculpting. They look amazing painted up, I particularly like your fella holding back his dog. I think I'm going to have to get some legs and give my single Storm Warden primaris marine some little Tartaros helpers.
