Love the ramp!

Very nice :)

I think the cogs are rather too Steampunk, but everything else looks great so far.

I'm with Fram: cogs look out of place. They sort of imply a much more "mechanical motion" based machinery, like a clockwork, steam, or diesel engine. For Star Wars engines, I'd reference jet and rocket engines for the Newtonian stuff, and high-energy physics machines like fusion experiments or CERN for the hyperdrive.

I'm not sold on diamond plate either, as it feels a little too specific an "our world" thing to be at home in Star Wars (they would have tread plate I think, It would just look like something different... like plastic shipping pallets ;) ), but it's too late to do anything about that.

The rest is great. I love the lighting and the landing legs.
History viewed from the inside is always a dark, digestive mess, far different from the easily recognizable cow viewed from afar by historians.

I made a few rivets today, I popped out about 350 but it does not look it...

So much to do, so little time...

The main crew ares of the ship is nearly complete. Each of the wall panels has to be individually cut as the shape of the hull is not consistent.

I have tried to add some exposed pipes in one wall section, which took longer than I would have liked.

I finished up the environment suit rack with the Ainsty resin bits.

Towards the bridge I have added some storage space to be filled with gubbins at some stage.

That detail works really well

Feedback from LAFers is very useful and the comments on the rear battery cover with the use of cogs was a very good point. I also felt that the height of the control panel bit was too high when the main top section of the ship hull was removed.

I decided to make a new cover that is basically much more understated.

I used a lot of bracing so it will hopefully not warp.

In place I think it does look much better.

Basically anything sci-fi where I can fit it on the table. For starters, I will use it in Rogue Stars, also as a 40K transporter for the Inquisition and Grey Knights and also in my own No Limits game.

The main wall sections are fixed in place, a lot of the detailed components will not get glued until they get painted.

Made an experimental Captains Chair.

...which may have a command console next to it.

Also knocked up some power junctions, but still deciding what I like. I want to have these on any spare bits of wall space.

And in an attempt to reduce the amount of spare wall space, I made a weapons rack.

Extra weapons will actually slot into the rack as well.
